Our Strategic Planning Process
We are pleased to announce the launch of our Strategic Plan. This process has helped us to develop a new five year plan (2020-2025) for our organization. Through our strategic planning process, we have incorporated the voices of our community members – patients, families, employees, physicians, volunteers and community partners. This plan is truly the community’s plan and will help us to ensure that the needs of our patients and community are met to the best of our capabilities.

After holding numerous engagement sessions and hosting an online survey, we are pleased to announce the Brant Community Healthcare System’s 2020-2025 Strategic Plan.
