Launch of Our Strategic Planning Process
We are pleased to announce the launch of our strategic planning process. This process will help us to develop a new five year plan (2020-2025) for our organization. Through our strategic planning process, we are incorporating the voices of our community members – patients, families, employees, physicians, volunteers and community partners. This will help us to ensure that the plan best serves the needs of our patients and community.

We are engaging employees, medical staff, learners, volunteers, our foundation, community partners, community members, as well as staff from partner hospitals across the region, to gather their thoughts on what the future of healthcare should look like in our hospital and community.
